About Me
Hi, I’m Angela Seiter, The Authentic Connection Coach.
For years, I lived the story many women know well giving endlessly, losing touch with my desires, and disconnecting from the woman beneath all roles and expectations. It left me exhausted, unseen, and unsure how to reclaim myself.
Through deep self-discovery, emotional honesty, and embodiment, I found my way back to my voice, pleasure, and power. That transformation changed everything my relationships, confidence, and how I show up in the world.
Now, I’m passionate about helping women like you break free from people-pleasing, reconnect with your desires, and create the intimacy and confidence you crave with yourself and those you love.
My Story
For a long time, I was the woman who gave everything to others but lost sight of who I was beneath those roles. I was “the strong one,” holding it together even while feeling disconnected from my desires, body, and voice. I believed sacrifice was just part of love and life.
But inside, I was exhausted, invisible and unheard, a shadow of myself. I knew something had to change.
My turning point was realizing reclaiming myself wasn’t selfish, it was essential. It was the only way I could show up fully in my relationships, work, and life.
I began a journey of healing, learning to listen to my body, speak my truth, and honor my desires without guilt. One of the most powerful lessons was setting clear, compassionate boundaries, saying no without shame, protecting my energy, and creating space for what truly matters.
It wasn’t always easy, but it was sacred work.
Through mindset shifts, embodiment, emotional honesty, and boundary-setting, I found my voice again. I rediscovered pleasure, confidence, and power.
Now, as The Authentic Connection Coach, I help women who feel lost or disconnected do the same. I create a safe, compassionate space where you can break free from people-pleasing, reconnect with yourself, and build the intimacy you crave starting with the relationship you have with yourself.
