Meet Angela

I know what it's like to lose yourself in the roles you carry.

My Story

For a long time, I was the woman who gave so much of herself to everyone else that I slowly lost sight of myself.

I was used to being the strong one. The one who held things together, took care of what needed to be done, and kept going. Somewhere along the way, I stopped asking myself some important questions: What do I need? What do I want? What matters to me? I knew something had to change.

What I began to understand was that reconnecting with myself wasn’t selfish. It was necessary. I learned to pay attention to what I was feeling instead of dismissing it. I learned to trust my own experience, speak more honestly, set boundaries with less guilt, and stop abandoning myself to keep everyone else comfortable.

It wasn’t about becoming someone new.

It was about coming back to myself.

That experience shaped the work I do today. As The Authentic Connection Coach, I help women who feel lost, unseen, or disconnected begin that same process: understanding themselves more deeply, reclaiming their voice and self-trust, and creating more authentic connection in their lives and relationships.

Because I believe the relationship you have with yourself changes the way you show up in every other relationship you have.

I help women who have lost themselves in relationships and roles reclaim their desire, voice, and sense of self so they can cultivate deeper, more honest intimacy in all areas of life.
